Why we started Knowlee

Knowlee was founded by Matteo Mirabelli after five years at Deloitte across finance, controlling, and technology, plus a role at InfoCert building trust infrastructure for the European Digital Identity Wallet. He had seen enterprise data from every angle: how it is governed, how it is regulated, and how much of it goes completely unused. When GPT-3.5 launched, the connection was immediate — wire AI into the data businesses already have, and you can replace entire manual workflows with systems that actually execute.

What we build

Knowlee is an AI workforce platform: autonomous agents for prospecting, contract review, RFP response, candidate screening, renewal management, status synthesis, and dozens of adjacent workflows — all running on Knowlee OS, the cross-vertical orchestration layer. Customers run agents in production today across multiple verticals, with the knowledge graph compounding learning across them.

How we work

No vendor lock-in: customers own the code, models, and infrastructure with full documentation; if the partnership ends, the system stays. Live in 4–8 weeks: week 1 audits what is broken, weeks 2–3 build the custom system, week 4 goes live.
